Project Overview

Arbicon were instructed by a Main Contractor who had undertaken the fit out of a London restaurant and was in dispute for the sum to be paid for the works, particularly in respect of their variation account.

The works, including internal non-structural alterations and external decorative works were carried out under a standard JCT contract.

Solution

A significant sum was in dispute and Arbicon worked with the Contractor to develop and submit a full account with corresponding evidence and documents to robustly set out the Contractor’s claims.
