COVID-19 – A message from our Managing Director, Jonathan Nugent


With the recent changes in Coronavirus (COVID-19) guidance, we wanted to reassure you that during this testing time we are doing our upmost to continue business as usual in assisting customers with their construction disputes, while keeping health and safety top of mind.

The current outbreak of the Coronavirus is an issue of concern for construction organisations and we fully appreciate that it may be a difficult time for you, with uncertainty on where you stand with your construction contracts.  Issues such as suspension, termination, delays, extension of time claims and disputes will ultimately arise due to Coronavirus.

We are following guidance provided by the Government, ensuring we collectively do everything possible to help the country in these challenging times, whilst providing necessary dispute and avoidance advice to our customers.  Although we will be working from home, we plan business as usual, just with more reliance on phone and email.
