The current outbreak
of the Coronavirus is an issue of concern for construction organisations and we
fully appreciate that it may be a difficult time for you, with uncertainty on
where you stand with your construction contracts. Issues such as suspension, termination,
delays, extension of time claims and disputes will ultimately arise due to
Coronavirus.
