Arbicon prepared an Advisory Report on defective works and leaks to a conservatory where water ingress had not been resolved after several attempts. The site inspection identified several incorrect construction defects and expert advice was given for a solution to be completed. Our client was pleased that after a considerable time and inappropriate attempted rectifications, the matter could be progressed to resolution.
Arbicon undertook a review of the client’s standard terms and conditions in their construction contract and made amendments to these to make the terms more robust, as well as reviewing and proposing amendments to collateral warranties on a number of construction projects to identify onerous terms, and reduce the contractual/commercial risks to our Client.
